Das alte CCB-Parkhaus. Im Zuge der Umbaumaßnahmen wird das Parkhaus und die angrenzende Fußgänger-Brücke zum alten CCB, abgerissen. Die Fläche dient der neuen CCB-Erweiterung. Die alte Brücke wird durch eine neue an gleicher Stelle ersetzt, die dann das alte und neue CCB verbindet.
Weiter links, Richtung Eisenbahnbrücke, entstehen neue Parkdecks.
